• Payments can be made via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, or Cash on Delivery (COD) (available for eligible pin codes).
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious transactions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on location.
• Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or external factors.
• Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS/email.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders) within 5–7 business days after verification.
• Products that are used/opened are not eligible for return.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for selected pin codes in India.
• A small COD fee may apply (waived on orders above a certain amount).
• Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery.
• If a COD order is refused or undelivered, future COD availability for that customer may be restricted.
