Return & Exchange Information

  • Cancellation requests are accepted only if made before the order is shipped.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Damaged Product Return Policy

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.
  • To raise a request, please send us an email along with a clear unboxing video showing the damaged product.
  • Without the video proof, return requests for damaged items will not be processed.

Refund Processing Time

  • Once your return request is approved, refunds will be initiated within 7 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders).
