Cancellation and Refund Policy
Return & Exchange Information
- Cancellation requests are accepted only if made before the order is shipped.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Damaged Product Return Policy
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.
- To raise a request, please send us an email along with a clear unboxing video showing the damaged product.
- Without the video proof, return requests for damaged items will not be processed.
Refund Processing Time
- Once your return request is approved, refunds will be initiated within 7 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders).
